Weather Update July 7th 2007 “Thunderstorms”

Now-  Thunderstorms to the Southwest in Nevada/Utah and along the Idaho Broder there will track Northeast and eventually impact the Snake River plain.  Expecting a mix of dry and wet thunderstorms with potential for small Hail and strong winds.  Im thinking some storms could pulse to strong or even severe with Hail up to a half Inch and winds of 50+ mph with Microbursts.  Storms should be in the snake River plain/Valley by around 4pm or later and should last till midnight, possibly later.  Already one Mesoscale discussion posted for concerns with Possible Severe Hail and Wind, A Watch is unlikely at this point.

Stay Tuned….
